Welcome to Protis Reviews. My name is Alan, and for an hour each week I will be showcasing the hottest releases from local artists in the Brisbane music scene, as well as those from interstate and overseas. I have been writing reviews of studio releases, be they singles or EPs, since June of 2024. I started reviewing live performances in September of 2024, and have been enjoying these immensely! My aim for this show is to see how it works in a radio format.
This week on "Protis Reviews" features more artists and bands who have performed at Black Bear Lodge in Fortitude Valley. So many of them have graced the stage here over the years, and it is fast becoming one of Brisbane's premier venues to take in live music entertainment.
