Today on the show we are talking to Dr Christina Zdenek about the campaign to save Woogaroo forest from development. Woogaroo Forest is home to koalas, greater gliders, frilled-neck lizards, and 500 year old trees, which are all threatened for the sake of profit and urban sprawl. Save Woogaroo Forest is asking the public to contact federal environment minister, Murray Watt, who will have the final say on wether the forest gets destroyed or protected.

We also talk to 4ZZZ volunteer and member of the Kurilpa Commons, Su'in Ni Chrouchuir, to talk about the despair that comes when the powers keep taking from the environment.
